West Tennessee Healthcare’s Senior Services held its third annual Senior Women’s Conference, “Blossoming Into a Better You” at Union University’s Carl Grant Events Center. This fun-filled event was for women age 50 years and older.
Attendees enjoyed a garden-themed atmosphere, enlightening sessions presented by various speakers, a delicious lunch, and a fashion show by Felicia Bella. Sessions included a diverse range of topics from enjoying day to day life to staying in shape.
The room was filled with laughter as the prominent and motivational humorist, Lisa Smartt, delivered the keynote address, “I’m Not Old — I Just Need to Be Re-potted.”
The event was presented by West Tennessee Healthcare’s Senior Services and cosponsored by LIFT Wellness Center, LIFT Wellness Disease Management, Sports Plus Rehab Centers, and West Tennessee Women’s Center.
