Gail Gustafson was raised in Milan and she graduated from Milan High School. After graduating, she moved to San Diego, California, where her older brother was stationed in the Navy. Her grandmother always wanted Gail to be a nurse, so she pursued that career and worked as a nurse for 13 years.

Lt. Cheryl Moynihan was born in Danville, Kentucky. Her parents worked for The Salvation Army as the administrators of a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. Being raised in The Salvation Army she moved frequently, but she learned quickly by watching her parents how necessary their work was. Cheryl observed at an early age the devastation of drug and alcohol addiction. This instilled in her a desire to carry on the ministry to which her parents had devoted their lives. Cheryl began working for The Salvation Army at age 16. In 2003 she met her husband, David, while working in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. The two became best friends and married in 2008.

Everything changed for young Jim Norton one Christmas Eve at his aunt’s house. She served homemade sausage balls, stuffed mushrooms and more, all on “fancy trays.” An obsession with entertaining was born.

Jeff Arnett was named Master Distiller of the Jack Daniel Distillery in 2008. His supervision of the entire whiskey-making process of milling, yeasting, fermentation, distillation, charcoal mellowing and maturation ensures the world’s top-selling whiskey label is both in constant supply and true to Jack’s guiding belief that “Every day we make it, we’ll make it the best we can.”

Born in Tupelo, MS., Eric T. Jones was raised in Starkville and Kosciusko, MS. and Henderson, TN. After graduating from Chester County High School in 1998, Jones attended Middle Tennessee State University and Freed-Hardeman University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in history, a Master’s degree in administration and supervision, an Educational Specialist degree and a Doctorate in leadership and policy studies.

Dustin Summers serves as the Executive Director of the West Tennessee Physicians Alliance (WTPA) and West Tennessee Primary Care—independent physicians’ associations collectively representing over 200 health care providers throughout the region. Summers also serves as the CEO of West Tennessee Clinical Partners, a CMS designated Medicare Shared Savings Program.
