Cucumber Gimlet Martini

Ingredients:
3 lime wedges
2 cucumber slices
.5 oz simple syrup
1.5 ounces Hendrick’s Gin
.5 oz soda water
Muddle cucumber, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Add ice, then shake. Strain into a martini glass. Top with soda water.
Add a sugar cube. Garnish with lime and cucumber wedge.
